Festival Overview.
This year we will be in Aurora again but at a brand new location, the Aurora Sports Dome. It provides much more room for a bigger and better festival. Our Irish Marketplace will provide everyone another opportunity to get a head start on their Christmas shopping. We will have a tasty food court that will be open from the time doors open right to the end of the day. You can get a cup of tea and some soda bread and other delights of all kinds (including the BBQ). We can easily take care of your appetite at a reasonable price.

|Attend our Opening Ceremonies (an event on its own). This could provide a great opportunity for that "special" photo in your Irish costume. Although the normal rules apply to taking photos within the competition area, there are many opportunities to take pictures throughout the rest of the venue.

Plan to stay a little longer  and visit with the vendors. The kids will enjoy our kid's celtic art contest and a few other attractions meant just for them.

LOTS to SEE
They say nothing is FREE anymore. But, come to our festival and you will see it isn't so. We have recruited qualified volunteers to bring you a variety of displays that will cover different interests in Irish culture.

Cultural Music Competitions
We have actively promoted the cultural music competitions for this year. All musicians will select and perform Irish pieces that originate from within the Irish culture. Competitions will take place on the main floor during the mid-day break

Vocals and instrumentation will be judged as solos and/or combined as ensemble groups. Awards will be presented to 1st (trophy) 2nd (medal) and 3rd (medal) place provided. So, plan to compete and entertain.
