Terms of Use (Users are the dancers and/or their parent/guardians) (Feiseanna are the Feis that utilize our service) This website is operated by the York Simcoe Irish Performing Arts Association in Newmarket, ON to assist our organization in support of our association. Only adult users are to post information. No user is to post information about other families dancers without consent (consent of parents/guardians for minors). We do not and will not purposely reveal addresses or birth date information except for the purpose of registration and promotion of association events. Users names, dance schools, competition selections may be posted on the Internet. Results for placing dancers may also be posted on the Internet. The server is professionally maintained and secured. Credit card information is never stored on the server. Although the personal information stored on the server is normally secure, the possibility of criminal access or corruption of data is possible. Although entries are electronic, users should treat it the same as a Postal entry. All monies collected from online payment services have a “no refunds” policy. Check the Festival syllabus for their policy if you have questions. If you feel you are owed a refund, it must be arranged between the User and the association Executive. No entry is considered official until the Feis registrar accepts it. Payment is required with registration. For your verification of correctness, your entry information may be posted on the website before acceptance. For practical purposes, if you pay online or pay promptly by mail your entry is official. If your entry is declined, it will be removed from the website. This Terms of Service is subject to change. Decisions of the Registrar and Feis Committee will be considered final. |
